Can my information be changed after placing my oder?
In order to change your billing or shipping address, please send an email to email@example.com with your full name, order number and correct address.
Can I change my order?
It may be possible to modify an order if requested early enough. If you would like to make any changes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I tell if you have received my order?
After you have placed an order, you should automatically receive a confirmation email from us. If this is not the case, please check your spam folder. If you can't find an e-mail there either, please contact email@example.com.
How can I return a product?

Can I exchange products?
You definitely can. The only thing that is important is that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
How long does an exchange take?
An exchange takes 3 to 5 working days upon arrival of your return delivery.
Do you also ship outside of Germany?
As of yet we only ship within Germany. However, we are currently in the process of expanding our shipping environment within the EU.
How do I find out if my order has been shipped yet?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail, please check your spam folder. If there is also no e-mail from us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Which suppliers do you use?
We ship our products exclusively with DHL.
Is there a physical store I can visit?
We do not have our own physical store, because we are a pure online brand.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not yet offer gift packaging.
